Le Marèe offers physical goods (jewelry). Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 7 days before being shipped via the selected courier at checkout.

- Currently, there are no restricted shipping areas.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Refunds or exchanges are available under specific conditions (e.g., items must be unworn and in original packaging).
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Le Marèe offers customer assistance for products under a one-year warranty.
- After the warranty period, customers may request a paid plating service (cost varies by item, with shipping paid by the customer).

6. Limitation of Liability
Le Marèe is not responsible for delays in shipping, technical errors on the website, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Customer Service
In the event that a product purchased from Le Marèe either breaks or is damaged, the customer has the option of contacting customer service at info@lemaree.com in order to send the aforementioned product to LeMarèe’s workshop in order to be repaired.
In the case aforementioned the customer will incur an extra cost depending on the type of product purchased.
Any return made by the customer will be accepted within 14 days, with shipment via UPS from 1 to 5 days.
